The constant snow and rain claimed another victim, as this year's Presidential Classic joined a long list of 2010 spring tournaments here in North Carolina that had to be canceled.

Welcome to the official web site for the 2010 FVAA Presidential Classic to be played the weekend of February 6th & 7th in Fuquay-Varina and Raleigh, NC.

The Presidential Classic traditionally features many of North Carolina's most competitive youth soccer teams squaring off in a pre-season tournament. Beginning on Saturday, February 6th, Classic and Challenge boy's teams ages U10-U17 and girl's teams U10-U14 will take to the field in one of the first major tournaments on the 2010 calendar.

The tournament is sanctioned by the NCYSA, USYSA and US Club Soccer.

Free Primo Sport Match Ball!

The 2010 FVAA Presidential Classic is sponsored by Primo Sport.

Primo Sport is providing each team with an NB Nitro Block match ball and is introducing teams to the next generation of soccer equipment, including balls, shin guards, keeper gloves and jerseys.

Tournament T-Shirts

A limited number of T-Shirts will be available at the tournament site for just $15.00 a piece. Get yours first thing Saturday morning.

The soccer Score-O-Matic assists with The Presidential Classic tournament and helps organize a series of prizes for players and parents, including the Soccer Post Golden Boot contest, the Group Story Photo Contest and the Primo Sport Clean Sheet contest.

Roberto Mancini

Manchester City FC

Bio: Roberto Mancini (born 1964) is the manager of the former manager of Inter Milan. While at Inter, he won 3 consecutive league (Serie A) titles.

Mancini was born in Jesi, Italy and played professional football.

He was hired by Manchester City in December of 2009 to replace Mark Hughes.
