The 2008 Presidential Classic is dedicated to the memory of Jeffrey Morgan Silva.

Please read the dedication article about this outstanding young man that tragically lost his life. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

The Classic features many of North Carolina's most competitive Classic and Challenge teams squaring off in a pre-season tournament. Beginning on Saturday, February 9th, Classic and Challenge boy's teams ages U-10through U-17 and girl's teams U10-U14 will square off at one of North Carolina's first major tournament of the season.

The tournament is sanctioned by the NCYSA, USYSA and US Club Soccer.

Janice Drimer of the Presidential Classic tournament staff. There are those who say that running the tournament without Janice would not be possible.
